Reminder: Your Return of the Equipment during the roll-over period and payment of the outstanding amounts – How to finalise your Rental Agreement
Thank you for advising us that you wanted your Rental Agreement (Number ${originalAccountNumber}) to finalise during the roll-over period by returning the Equipment.
Return
We have not yet received the Equipment from you. You were required to return the Equipment to us on or before the ${opsEOTReturnDate} to avoid additional rental payments.1 The Equipment was required to be returned, at your expense, with all accessories and manuals. As a result, your Rental Agreement has automatically rolled-over for thirty (30) days.
Outstanding amounts
Your Rental Agreement is also in arrears. Before your Rental Agreement can be finalised, you must pay us all outstanding amounts due and payable under your Rental Agreement. The arrears are payable whether or not the Equipment is returned to us.
Roll-over of your Rental Agreement
Your Rental Agreement will continue to automatically roll-over for successive periods of thirty (30) days until you give us thirty (30) days’ written notice and, as applicable, you return the Equipment to us or finalise the purchase of the Equipment. During the roll-over period you will be charged the same rental payment rate payable immediately before the scheduled end of your Rental Agreement. The charges accrued during the roll-over period are in addition to the above arrears.
