Reminder: Your Early Purchase of the Equipment and payment of the early termination amount – How to finalise your Rental Agreement
Thank you for advising us that you wanted your Rental Agreement (Number ${originalAccountNumber}) to finalise before the scheduled end date (namely ${SchedEndDate}) by purchasing the Equipment and paying the early termination amount.
Purchase and early termination amount
We recently agreed with you the purchase price for the Equipment. We also recently issued you the early termination amount (which included the purchase price for the Equipment plus all amounts due and payable under your Rental Agreement) to finalise both your early purchase of the Equipment and your Rental Agreement.
We have not yet received the early termination amount from you which was due on or before ${opsEOTReturnDate}. As a result, our agreement to sell you the Equipment has now expired and the early termination amount has changed. You must continue to pay each rental payment and any other amount due and payable under your Rental Agreement at the original payment schedule.
If we agree a new early termination sale arrangement, your Rental Agreement and early purchase of the Equipment will only finalise by punctually paying us the revised early termination. If you do not do so, you must continue to pay each rental payment and any other amount due and payable under your Rental Agreement.
