Reminder: Your Early Return of the Equipment and/or early termination amount outstanding – How to finalise your Rental Agreement
Thank you for advising us that you wanted your Rental Agreement (Number ${originalAccountNumber}) to finalise before the scheduled end date (namely on ${SchedEndDate}) by returning the Equipment and paying the early termination amount.
Return and early termination amount
We have not yet received the Equipment and/or the early termination amount from you. To finalise your Rental Agreement you were required to return the Equipment and pay us the early termination amount of ${displayOpsEOTFinalPay} (including GST) on or before ${displayOpsEOTReturnDate}.
As a result, our agreement to accept early termination has expired and the early termination amount has changed. You must continue to pay each rental payment and any other amount due and payable under your Rental Agreement at the original payment schedule.
If we agree a new early termination arrangement, your Rental Agreement will only finalise by returning the Equipment and punctually paying us the revised early termination amount. If you do not do so, you must continue to pay each rental payment and any other amount due and payable under your Rental Agreement.
