Your Return of the Equipment during the roll-over period – How to finalise your Rental Agreement

Thank you for advising us that you would like your Rental Agreement (Number ${originalAccountNumber}) to finalise during the roll-over period by returning the Equipment and paying the termination amount.

Return and termination amount

To finalise your Rental Agreement you must return the Equipment and pay us the termination amount of ${displayOpsEOTFinalPay} (including GST) on or before ${displayOpsEOTReturnDate}.

The termination amount includes any outstanding amounts due and payable under your Rental Agreement. The Equipment must be returned, at your expense, with all accessories and manuals. If you do not have the return address details, please call us.

Failure to Return1

The termination amount is valid until ${displayOpsEOTReturnDate}. The termination amount may change after this date.

Your Rental Agreement will only finalise by punctually paying us the termination amount. If you do not do so, your Rental Agreement will continue to automatically roll-over for successive periods of thirty (30) days until you give us thirty (30) days’ written notice and, as applicable, you return the Equipment to us or finalise the purchase of the Equipment. During the roll-over period you will be charged the same rental payment rate payable immediately before the scheduled end of your Rental Agreement.
