Thank you for advising us that you would like your Rental Agreement (Number ${originalAccountNumber}) to continue beyond the scheduled end date, namely ${SchedEndDate}.

Your Rental Agreement

Unless otherwise agreed with us, your Rental Agreement will continue to automatically extend for successive periods of thirty (30) days until you give us thirty (30) days’ written notice and, as applicable, you return the Equipment to us or finalise the purchase of the Equipment. During the extension period you will be charged the same rental payment rate payable immediately before the scheduled end of your Rental Agreement.

Please call us to advise when you would like your Rental Agreement to finalise and selecting to either return the Equipment to us or discuss a purchase price with us for the Equipment.2

We will contact you monthly following the scheduled end of your Rental Agreement to ascertain whether you would like to continue to extend your Rental Agreement.
